Next to each tent is a fully equipped gazebo kitchen - a gas pizza oven capable of cooking joints of meat, chickens, pizzas, bread etc A double gas hob, large cold box with a cold block that will need changing every 12 hours (spares in honesty shop freezer) work surface, washing up liquid and sponge, bin liners, tea towels, cooking oil, all cutlery, crockery, plastic glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils that would be required by an average chef! Picnic bench to easily seat 6 people

Farming Experience

- Bottle feed lambs - guests are invited to help feed the lambs from early April to early June. Guests staying at the right time are also welcome to watch the sheep being sheared.
- Chicken coop and run - collect your own eggs and feed the chickens!
- Pick potatoes

- Please note that these experiences are seasonal and will not be available all season

Each tent has its own compost toilet, powerful LPG shower and washing up area. This is located a few metres behind each tent.

As an optional extra, breakfast hampers are available for the first night of your stay. The hamper includes a loaf of local bread, butter, local free range bacon and sausages, bakewell tart, jam and apple juice. Eggs available from the chicken run! Vegetarian hampers are also available, and include mushrooms, tomatoes and croissant.
When booking online, you can also opt to have your woodburner filled and ready to light, with firelighters, kindling and a full basket of logs.

Whilst there is plenty of local produce and shopping nearby, our honesty shop stocks a range of essentials in case of unexpected shortfalls.

To the side of the camping field, there is a wood with a pirate play boat, slide and cabin, plus a mud kitchen, and wood to build a den!
